The first incident transpired Friday in the John P. Robarts Library on the University of Toronto’s downtown campus. According to a assertion from Toronto law enforcement, “the guy poured the contents of a bucket he was carrying on to two unsuspecting people today who were seated at a desk in the library.”

The 2nd incident was reported Sunday at Scott Library at York University in Toronto. The suspect entered the library with a bucket and, all over again, poured its contents on an “unsuspecting man or woman,” police explained.

The third incident involved a girl who was walking in an space near to downtown on Monday night time when a guy approached and poured the contents of a bucket he was carrying on her, law enforcement explained.

“He was putting on a yellow building hat and a dark-blue jacket,” police said in a Tuesday release

In the York College incident, the suspect “was carrying a black hat, blue best, light-weight-coloured pants and black gloves,” according to police. 

The person fled on foot subsequent all three incidents, in accordance to law enforcement.
