TikTok owner ByteDance plans to launch music streaming: FT – The Journal Pioneer

(Reuters) – TikTok proprietor Beijing ByteDance Technologies Co Ltd is in talks with big songs labels – Universal Tunes, Sony Audio and Warner Tunes – for world-wide licensing promotions to involve their songs on its new tunes subscription company, the Economical Occasions documented on Sunday.

ByteDance is searching to start its audio streaming as before long as following month, originally in rising marketplaces such as India, Indonesia and Brazil, prior to a long term opening in the United States, the FT described, citing individuals common with the make a difference.
