Pawar stressed the will need for allocation ofportfolios to the ministers who were sworn in with Thackeray on November 28 at the earliest, resources explained.

Portfolio allocation is very likely to transpire on Monday, but ahead of that a different assembly could be held with Congress leaders, they added.

The expansion of council of ministers will be accomplished just after the winter session of state legislature, sources claimed.

It was decided that Thackeray will keep charge of the home ministry till then, they additional.

A cupboard assembly would be held on Saturday. It would be the 2nd cabinet conference of the MVA governing administration.
